How are questionnaires and drafts counted?

You're metered by the questionnaire, not per token or per question. Subscriptions include a monthly questionnaire allowance and a fair-use ceiling on drafted answers; packs grant a fixed number of questionnaires with no subscription.

What can I do on the free plan?

You can build your Answer Bank and draft and review up to 100 answers. That cap is a lifetime total for the account, not a monthly allowance, and it does not reset. Exporting the filled workbook requires a paid plan or a pack. That's the only thing gated.

Do subscriptions renew, and can I cancel?

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel: a monthly plan every month, an annual plan every year, at the same amount. You cancel yourself from the billing portal inside the app, under Billing. Cancelling stops the next charge and does nothing else immediately: the plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and only then does the account go read only, where your Answer Bank is kept and stays searchable but drafting and exporting stop. Packs do not renew at all; they expire after the window shown above.

What is your refund position?

Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. A plan or a pack delivers its value the moment you export a filled questionnaire, so we treat an export as delivery. Nothing is refunded, revoked, or clawed back automatically. If you bought the wrong thing, or you have not exported anything yet, email security@solverfp.com and we will sort it out.

Do you store card details?

No. Billing runs through a Merchant-of-Record checkout, so card data never touches our servers. Applicable sales tax or VAT is not included in the listed prices; it is calculated and added at checkout, and remitted for you.

What will the charge look like on my statement?

Dodo Payments is our Merchant of Record, so the charge comes from Dodo rather than from SolveRFP and the descriptor on your statement names them. If a line on your statement is unfamiliar, email security@solverfp.com and we will match it to your account before you dispute it.

Is my security data isolated from other customers?

Yes. Every tenant is isolated at the database level with row-level security, and a cross-tenant leak test gates every release. See the trust page for details.
