Grounded drafts, or an honest abstain
Each draft is grounded in your own approved source and cites it. The fastest way to fail a security review is one wrong claim, so every quotation is matched against your own source text before you ever see it, and anything we can't back is flagged instead of filled in.
Refuse by default. It drafts from your approved answers, or it abstains and tells you. Every quotation is checked by a deterministic checker with no model in it.
